HR Assistant - Plant

You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties. This includes maintaining employee records in both soft and hard copies, processing documentation, and preparing reports related to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations. Communication with employees regarding HR-related queries will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts - Manage daily attendance and health and safety related work Qualifications Required: - Education: Master's degree preferred - Experience: 2 years in human resources management and plant management preferred - Language skills: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and provident fund.
