Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, succession planning, and employee engagement. Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced BPO environment. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them through manpower planning and workforce analysis. Design and maintain dashboards using tools like SuccessFactors or HRIS to track key metrics such as headcount projections, attrition rates, etc. Prepare MIS reports using Excel for senior leadership review. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management with expertise in Talent Management. Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of Performance Management System (PMS), HR Analytics, Employee Engagement initiatives.
