Oversee payroll processing, including wage revisions, bonuses, and other benefits. Handle employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity. Conduct HR generalist activities such as recruitment, training, and development programs. Analyze workforce planning data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (Flexi Resource Management). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). Strong understanding of HR strategy, policy framing, analysis, reports & dashboards creation. Proficiency in Hris systems and ability to handle grievances effectively.
