Job Title: HR Assistant Location: Bangalore - Indiranagar Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Reports To: Regional HR Manager Job Summary:- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, supporting the effective execution of HR processes and ensuring a positive experience for employees. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. - Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Onboarding and Offboarding: - Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and required documentation. - Ensure the proper offboarding of exiting employees, including exit interviews and retrieval of company property. Employee Records Management: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. - Assist with the management of HR databases and HRIS systems. Administration: - Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, emailing, and responding to employee inquiries. - Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed. - Compliance and Policies: - Aid in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Employee Engagement: - Support employee engagement initiatives and events, including training sessions, workshops, and company meetings. - Collect feedback and assist in addressing employee concerns. Qualifications - Education: - MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - Experience: - Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support is a plus but not required. -Skills: - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication (verbal and written) skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS systems. - Attributes: - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
