Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Job Posting: Posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications and shortlisting potential candidates.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding: Preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientations, and ensuring new employees have the resources they need.

Employee Relations and Support

  • Responding to Queries: Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Assisting in resolving employee concerns or escalating them to senior HR personnel.
  • Event Coordination: Helping organize company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.

Other Responsibilities

  • Policy Communication: Helping disseminate HR policies and updates to employees.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Supporting other HR projects and tasks as needed, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
