HR Assistant

AWISH Clinic is a leading dermatology and hair treatment center in Delhi, providing expert skin and hair solutions. We are expanding and seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition strategies.

Job Responsibilities

✅ Talent Acquisition:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles, including medical staff, support staff, and administrative personnel.
• Utilize job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels for recruitment.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

✅ Employee Onboarding & Documentation:

• Manage the onboarding process, including offer letter issuance, joining formalities, and background verification.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.

✅ HR Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure smooth hiring processes in compliance with clinic policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

✅ Employer Branding & Engagement:

• Promote AWISH Clinic as an employer of choice through recruitment strategies.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in healthcare or the service industry.
Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
