Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain positive employee relations. Assist in record-keeping and employee engagement activities. Support HR with performance management and compliance-related tasks. Promote a culture of inclusivity and communication within the organization. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
