Role & responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters. Assist the HR Team in conducting the training and development program. Assisting in the attendance management and Payroll documentation. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as assigned. Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.
