As a Plant HR (HR and IR) at our company, you will be responsible for various activities related to foundry, IR activities, contractor management, and statutory compliances. Your experience of 8 to 12 years in this field will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage IR activities effectively - Oversee contractor management - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations - Proficiency in Hindi is a must Qualifications Required: - 8 to 12 years of experience in HR and IR - Previous experience in foundry operations - Familiarity with contractor management - Knowledge of statutory compliances If you possess the required skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary ranging from 7LPA to 9LPA along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
