About the Company

We are a reputed Aluminium Fabrication company with a strong legacy of delivering quality craftsmanship and service excellence. We are looking for a senior HR & Admin professional who can build on our existing practices, bring structure and compliance, and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Develop, implement, and periodically update a customized HR policy manual in alignment with company culture, industry standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead the recruitment process end-to-end: participate in interviews, finalize selections, andoversee onboarding and induction programs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing day-to-day HR needs and ensuring clear communication of company policies (e.g., leave, loan, confidentiality, tangible asset handling, IT regulations).
  • Maintain compliance with all statutory and labour laws applicable to the manufacturing/fabrication industry.
  • Promote employee engagement by ensuring participation in all company events including Puja, New year celebrations, annual picnic, and other cultural activities.

Administration

  • Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee office maintenance, vendor management, and facility coordination.
  • Personally handle administrative responsibilities when necessary to ensure timely

completion of critical tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records of office assets, logistics, and related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably within a manufacturing or fabrication setup.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on administrative responsibilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
