Responsibilities - Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies). Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc). Supporting admin team with administrative tasks as needed. Assisting in the planning of company events. Desired Candidate Profile Any graduate with English fluency is must required. Basic knowledge on poster Human resource management and labor laws. Skills and qualifications - Any bachelor degree with specialization in HR or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative and organisational skills The ability to act in a confidential and sensitive manner A willingness to travel throughout India on occasion The ability to work as part of a team, with good attention to details.
