Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases. Assist with recruitment processes including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies. Coordinate employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries. Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism). Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Provide administrative support to the HR team and management.
