Job Description

The HR Administrative Assistant provides support to the Human Resources department by performing administrative tasks and services to ensure effective and efficient operations. This role helps maintain employee records, assists with recruitment processes, coordinates HR projects, and supports daily HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates).
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documents like employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Assist with organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,907.88 per month
