Role Description

This is a contract and remote role for an HR Executive Trainer. The HR Executive Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies. Daily tasks will include creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The HR Executive Trainer will also work closely with other HR professionals to ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Human Resources (HR) skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in training or development roles is a plus
