Job Description

Role & responsibilities To manage daily HR operations in the company, such as Manage attendance, process payroll, etc. Enroll new staff members and factory workers by due procedure. Process legal contracts with worker contractors and adhere to legal regulations. Advise and help management in relevant legal documentation and regulations. Manage office admin tasks as required. Act as a Primary contact person for the staff as well as Visitors Preferred candidate profile • Must have a Bachelor's degree in relevant field • PGDM in HR management would be advantageous • Must have at least 3 years of experience in the field of HR management • Experience in Manufacturing industry is desired
