Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist in payroll processing and timely submission of HR data.
  • Prepare HR documentation offer letters, contracts, and appraisal forms.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory norms, and company policies.

Administration:

  • Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and stationery.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
  • Maintain asset records, service agreements, and documentation.
  • Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and local authorities.
  • Support management in budgeting, audits, and reporting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in HR and Administration roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and office management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential data.

Working Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • 20 calendar days of paid annual leave
