Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The role ensures smooth functioning of HR processes and efficient office administration.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Prepare HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Relieving, etc.).
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and training programs.
  • Manage statutory compliance records (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain HR databases and handle employee queries.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Manage vendor relationships (stationery, housekeeping, security, etc.).
  • Handle travel bookings, office supplies, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Maintain and renew company licenses, AMC contracts, and documentation.
  • Support management in event coordination, meetings, and logistics.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HR software (HRMS / Attendance systems) preferred
  • Basic understanding of HR and labor laws

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR and Administration roles
  • Experience in the

    interior design / construction / manufacturing

    sector preferred


Employment Type:

Full-time

Salary:

30K-35K


Duty - 9 am to 6 pm (Monday - Saturday)
