HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all services related to the physical infrastructure of our company, including security, cleaning, maintenance, and space management.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and operation of the physical premises, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building infrastructure. Coordinate and manage routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Develop and implement facility maintenance policies and procedures.

Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, including cleaning, security, maintenance, and waste disposal. Ensure that all service providers meet the required performance standards and contractual obligations.

Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor the facility management budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure cost-effective facility management operations without compromising quality.

Space Planning and Management: Optimize the use of space and resources within the facilities. Manage office space allocation and coordinate any office moves or renovations. Health and Safety: Ensure that the facility complies with all local, state, and federal regulations related to health and safety. Implement and monitor health and safety programs and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Security Management: Oversee security operations, including the management of security staff and systems. Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company assets, employees, and visitors. Environmental and Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of the facilities. Promote and manage sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and waste reduction programs. Emergency Response and Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and disaster recovery plans. Coordinate and oversee emergency response activities as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related role. Strong knowledge of facility management best practices, building maintenance procedures, and safety regulations. Proven experience in managing budgets and controlling costs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in facility management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certifications in facility management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM) are a plus

Personal Attributes: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Proactive and able to anticipate facility needs. Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
