Job Description

Role Summary: We are hiring an HR - Admin Assistant to support the GM/HR Manager in managing HR tasks and operational responsibilities. This is a straightforward role for someone who is organized, honest, hardworking, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience in HR systems, business operations, and process creation while contributing to the companys growth. Key Responsibilities:Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.Help draft and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures.Support in tracking attendance, leave management, and basic payroll tasks.Contribute to training and development initiatives for employees.Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action points.Assist with creating presentations, reports, and documentation as directed.Perform data entry and maintain office documentation when required.Support day-to-day operations and assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the GM or senior management. Required:Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)Smart and grounded: Someone proactive yet willing to follow instructions diligently.Excellent communication skills: Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).Highly organized: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Honest and hardworking: A team player with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.Eager to learn: Open to new challenges and willing to develop skills. Graduate Preferred: Typing speed > 60 WPM
