With an outlook for excellence and growth, we are looking for an Admin Executive for our Head Office in Arera Colony, Bhopal. Job Overview: The HR cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency in office tasks, and supporting HR Department with documentation, coordination, and communication. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee office administration, including documentation, Inventory management and record-keeping. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for senior management. Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure procurement when necessary. Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management. Responsible for Facility management and utilities like Telephone bills, Maintenance of office equipments and housekeeping. Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field . Proven experience in administrative roles (1-2 years preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a corporate administrative setting.
