Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordination and communication? We are looking for an HR & Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic recruitment team. Location: Edodi, Vadakara Full-time | Immediate Joining Preferred Key Responsibilities: Handle daily office administration tasks (20% of the role). Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates accurately. Manage visa processing and ensure proper documentation. Maintain and update daily job tracking sheets (Excel). Maintain proper records . Skills & Requirements: Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. Must have working knowledge of email communication (Outlook/Gmail). Strong written and verbal communication skills . Proactive, committed, and detail-oriented . Ability to manage tasks with accuracy and urgency . - Experience in recruitment coordination or admin-related tasks will be an added advantage.
