Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Executive Voice Process (HP North America)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound voice calls from HP North America customers
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for HP systems and products
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain service level standards
  • Log and track customer interactions accurately
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and processes

Eligibility Criteria:

  • HSC or Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (voice process preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
  • Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability

Shift Details:

  • 24x7 rotational shifts
  • 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs

Compensation:

  • 28,000 in-hand (based on profile and experience)
