We're currently seeking an experienced Trainer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of top-notch home cleaning services in our designated cities.

• Role: Housekeeping Trainer

• Open Location: Bangalore

As a Trainer at Urban Company, you'll have the chance to lead all training initiatives, develop and refine training content, and provide technical and behavioral training to our partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all training programs for professionals offering home cleaning services in allotted cities.

• Developing and refining training content to align with industry standards and best practices.

• Providing hands-on training and support to partners on standard operating procedures (SOPs) for high-quality service delivery.

• Implementing strategies to improve service quality through targeted training interventions.

• Leading a team of trainers/professionals, providing guidance and support for consistent training delivery.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
