Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Delhi, India. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations including maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas, supervising housekeeping staff, planning work schedules, and performing quality inspections to ensure standards are met. Additionally, the supervisor will address client feedback, manage supplies and inventory, and collaborate with other departments to maintain an optimal work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively and monitor performance.
• Experience and proficiency in Housekeeping and Laundry services to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of facilities.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and concerns professionally.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with staff and liaise with clients and other departments.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing schedules, supplies, and quality standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or facility management, is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy for tracking tasks and inventory is advantageous.
