We are looking for a House Keeping Supervisor to join our team Sarvodaya Manpower and Securitas Solution Pvt Ltd to maintain and supervise Housekeeping staffs in assigned location/store. The role includes arranging housekeeping staffs and supervising them and managing their attendance. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹18000. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and arranging Manpower for House keeping roles in Given stores/locations. Effectively manage and monitor the attendance. Proving proper training for House keeping staffs. Have to arrange additional manpower in case of any leaves taken by the staffs. Report shortages and attendance properly. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Expert knowledge of Sourcing manpower and cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and leadership skills to manage efficiently.
