Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions in the hospital

Inspect hospital premises to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement

Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and safety protocols

Address patient and staff inquiries and complaints regarding cleanliness and escalate issues as necessary

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff

Proficient in Inventory Management

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

Time Management and Organizational Skills Required Qualifications

Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping Management or related field from a recognized institute in India

Preferable: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline

Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures in a healthcare setting

Familiarity with health and safety regulations in India

Language proficiency in English and Telugu preferred.
