Staff Management: Assigning tasks, training new hires, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing staff issues. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensuring all areas are clean and maintained to established standards, conducting inspections, and reporting any issues. Guest Relations: Handling guest requests, complaints, and feedback related to housekeeping services. Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining a stock of cleaning supplies and equipment. Scheduling and Planning: Preparing and maintaining housekeeping schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and planning cleaning programs. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments (e.g., maintenance) to address issues and ensure efficient operations. Quality Control: Conducting quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards. Training: Providing orientation training and in-service training to housekeeping staff.
