Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Madurai for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness standards are met, and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities will include supervising laundry services, coordinating shift schedules, addressing customer service inquiries related to cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead housekeeping teams effectively
• Experience in Housekeeping and Laundry operations
• Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing inquiries and maintaining client satisfaction
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols is advantageous
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus
