Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Altruist Hi-Tech Hotel, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure quality standards.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance.
• Train, guide, and support team members to maintain service excellence.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
