Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional with 1-4 years of experience to join our team at the prestigious Taj Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and hospitality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment usage.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
