Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service delivery. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., nursing, maintenance) to resolve issues related to facility management Preferred candidate profile 10-15 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field (healthcare and Hospital services). Diploma or degree in Hotel Management (BHM/BHMCT,MBA) preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
