Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Executive located in Gurgaon. The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the property, managing laundry services, organizing and scheduling regular cleaning activities, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role also includes training housekeeping staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills and ability to manage laundry services
• Experience in Training staff and maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
