Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Desk Attendant to join our team at Regenta Place Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and hospitality.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications is preferred.
Candidates must be able to lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; degree in hospitality or hotel management is an added advantage.
