Housekeeping Attendant

As a Room Attendant at our resort, your main responsibility will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service in all assigned guest rooms and public areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and prepare guest rooms according to resort standards, including making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, restocking amenities, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. - Replace towels, linens, and restock bathroom and room amenities promptly. - Ensure proper upkeep of all equipment and cleaning supplies. - Follow daily room assignment sheets and complete tasks within the required timelines. - Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests. - Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently. - Report and document lost & found items as per policies. - Maintain cleanliness in public areas if assigned. - Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols at all times. Qualifications Required: - Prior housekeeping experience preferred (not mandatory). - Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment. - Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively, and handle physical tasks. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Should be reliable, punctual, and disciplined. - Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
