Housekeeping Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures, including check-in and check-out processes.
