Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Associate, located in Hyderabad. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces. Responsibilities include cleaning, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest requests to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. Additional duties include reporting maintenance issues and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols while upholding Marriott’s high standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping techniques, cleaning procedures, and use of cleaning equipment
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Customer service and communication skills to ensure excellent interactions with guests
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow established guidelines
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage
