As a Cleaning & Maintenance staff at our company located on Iskon Bopal Ambali Road, your primary responsibilities will include: - Clean and tidy the office daily, including floors, desks, meeting rooms, and washrooms - Dust furniture and maintain a hygienic environment - Ensure cleanliness in pantry, reception, and common areas In addition to cleaning duties, you will also be responsible for providing Hospitality Support by: - Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests - Maintaining kitchen supplies and pantry cleanliness - Arranging refreshments for meetings when required Furthermore, your role will involve Administrative Assistance tasks such as: - Assisting in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Distributing documents or parcels within or outside the office - Keeping stationery organized and informing admin for reorders You may also be required to handle Outdoor Work/Errands, which may include: - Visiting banks, courier services, or suppliers as needed - Submitting or collecting documents outside the office Basic Requirements for this position include being: - Punctual, honest, and responsible - Having basic communication skills in the local language; English proficiency is a plus - Physically fit and active - Willingness to learn and follow instructions - Having a neat appearance and polite behavior This is a Full-time job with benefits such as health insurance and leave encashment. Your work timings will be around 8:45 AM to 06:00 PM with 5 days working, and occasional Saturday working for deep cleaning.,
