We are a small seafront guesthouse having 5 rooms and a 12 bed hostel serving foreign and upmarket indian guests. Housekeeping staff will have to stay at the property in provided accommodation and be responsible to clean and maintain the property including rooms, garden, laundry and staff area.
Staff will be required to cook their own food and a food allowance of 3000 per month will be offered in addition to salary. Usage of staff kitchen and cooking gas will be free.
During probation period of first month a stipend will be offered. Job is entitled for promotion and bonus after completing 1 year of uninterrupted service. Raise in salary promotion to caretaker can be offered for deserving, honest and hard working candidates.
This job is open for immediate employment. No advance travel allowance will be given. Chosen candidates will be registered with labour department and police. Valid aadhar card or other photo identification will be required.
