As a Kitchen Assistant, your primary role will be to clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collecting and disposing of garbage and recycling to keep the kitchen area clean and organized. - Maintaining cleanliness in trash storage areas to uphold sanitation standards. - Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors regularly to ensure a clean and safe working environment. - Cleaning and maintaining floor drains to prevent clogging and maintain hygiene standards. - Supporting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks to facilitate smooth kitchen operations. - Assisting in organizing and stocking kitchen supplies to ensure efficient workflow. - Cleaning and setting up dining tables for customers and ensuring cleanliness in dining areas, including floors and furniture. - Cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities and restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to maintain hygiene standards. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be working full-time in person.
