We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced House Keeping - Gardener to join our team at Fidato Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel's grounds and facilities.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or gardening within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and environmental health regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
