Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced House Keeping Executive to join our team at Fortune Park Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, and the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
