Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Keeping Associate to join our team in Kolhapur. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality services.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet high standards of hygiene and safety.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required by the job.
Freshers are welcome to apply if they meet the required qualifications and skills.
