Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The role is based in Rajkot but involves extensive fieldwork, requiring visits to potential clients, corporate offices, travel agents, and event planners to promote our resort. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify and acquire new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, travel agencies, wedding planners, and event organizers. Conduct field visits in Rajkot and surrounding areas to build strong relationships with key clients. Promote the resorts offerings, including accommodation, banquet facilities, and corporate events. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business. Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or corporate sales. Strong network in the travel, tourism, and corporate sectors of Rajkot. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to field sales.
