Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in and Check-out:Registering arriving guests, assigning rooms, and facilitating their departure, including processing payments and returning deposits.
  • Reservation Management:Handling booking requests, updating reservations, and managing guest profiles.
  • Communication and Customer Service:Answering phones, responding to guest inquiries, and providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Problem Resolution:Addressing guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks:Maintaining records, filing documents, and performing other clerical duties as needed.
  • Concierge Services:Assisting guests with requests such as booking tours, arranging transportation, or making restaurant reservations.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Organized Reception Area:Ensuring the reception area is presentable and welcoming for guests.
  • Teamwork:Collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
