Job Summary: To oversee the smooth operation of the front office department, ensuring exceptional guest service, managing front office staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the operations of various departments, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and security. Monitor guest feedback from multiple channels and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Foster a culture of hospitality excellence and maintain high guest satisfaction scores. Maintain safety and hygiene standards across all operations. Ability to handle all situations with professionalism and efficiency. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in hospitality management or a related preferred field. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage operations. Fluency in English & Tamil and additional languages are an advantage. Remuneration: Salary will be provided according to the market standards and previous drawn salary.
