Job Description

Role Overview

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensure smooth functioning of all departments, handle guest issues, and maintain quality service standards during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance during shift.- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.

2. Guest Service
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.- Ensure guest satisfaction and build repeat business.

3. Staff Management
- Manage shift schedules, motivate staff, and handle performance issues.- Conduct briefings and debriefings.

4. Revenue & Compliance
- Monitor occupancy, rates, and revenue targets.- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and legal requirements.

5. Reporting
- Prepare shift reports, log incidents, and maintain records.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field (or Diploma with experience).- 2–5 years experience in hotel operations.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficient in PMS and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
