Customer Service: Providing information about hotel rooms, amenities, and services. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance the guest experience. Handling customer complaints and concerns in a positive and helpful manner. Reservation Management: Maintaining accurate records of bookings and cancellations. Monitoring room availability and ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
