Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Hot & Die Inspection Operator is responsible for inspecting hot-forged components and die tooling to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves monitoring production processes, performing visual and dimensional inspections, and maintaining accurate records to ensure high-quality output. nspect hot-forged parts and die tooling for defects, cracks, and dimensional accuracy. Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMMs. Monitor the forging process to identify quality issues early. Ensure that dies and tooling meet specifications before and after production runs. Document and report defects, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment. Maintain inspection tools and ensure they are properly calibrated. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Diploma - Mechanical with 2 to 3 years of expereince. Perks and benefits
