Job Description

Position : Hostel Warden - Male Location : DRS International School, Hyderabad Reports to : Hostel In-charge The Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall management of the hostel at DRS International School. He will ensure that students living in the hostel are safe, well-cared for, and supported academically, emotionally, and socially. The warden will maintain discipline, provide guidance, and ensure the well-being of the students in her care. Key Responsibilities : Student Care and Supervision Coordination with Parents and School Staff Administrative and Operational Duties Required Qualifications : Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related areas). Prior experience working in a hostel or residential setting, preferably in an educational institution. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage diverse groups of students and resolve conflicts effectively. A nurturing and patient attitude with a strong sense of responsibility. Familiarity with basic first aid and safety protocols. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
