Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the hostel and ensure adherence to school rules and regulations.
Maintain discipline, decorum, and safety within the hostel premises.
Supervise students daily routines including wake-up, meals, study hours, and lights-out.
Act as a mentor and guide to students, addressing their personal and behavioral concerns.
Coordinate with the school administration and housekeeping teams for maintenance, hygiene, and security.
Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and other related documentation.
Conduct regular checks of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness and order.
Handle emergencies or health-related issues promptly, coordinating with the medical team or administration.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with prior experience as a Hostel Warden, preferably in reputed residential schools.
Ex-servicemen (Army background)
are highly preferred for boys’ hostel/dorm positions.
Married couple
preferred for combined warden positions (Boys’ and Girls’ hostels).
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and empathy towards students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in a residential school setup preferred.

Other Details:

Accommodation and meals will be provided on campus.
The role requires staying within the school premises (residential position).
